We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Residential Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and sanitation in our client's homes. We must ensure that all spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment as per established protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients promptly and professionally.
- Execute residential cleaning tasks in while adhering to safety protocols and company high quality and efficiency standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in professional cleaning roles is not required, but a love for cleaning is! Training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to quality work.
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
- Must be available full time Monday through Friday
