Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our pool facilities. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, brushing, and testing the water chemistry.
- Conduct routine inspections of the pool and surrounding equipment to identify and address any issues or problems.
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements, using hand tools and power tools as necessary.
- Test and adjust pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the pool and surrounding areas along with your work vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve pool maintenance goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning, including the operation and maintenance of pool equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform repairs and replacements using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
