What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at CLEAR?
We're seeking a proactive, detail oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support CLEAR's Talent Acquisition Team. CLEAR is growing rapidly and this person will partner with our recruiters on scheduling, booking travel, interview facilitation, and improving the efficiency of our interview process.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units

What you will do:
- Ownership of end-to-end recruiting support inclusive of posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onsite facilitation, candidate communication, background checks and follow-ups
- Drive a high-touch candidate journey with both candidates and recruiters
- Act as an ambassador for the Recruiting team to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting operational best practices in an ever changing environment

- KPIs around candidate experience and from the recruiters you support
- Contribute to team metrics & OKRs through scheduling and coordinating interviews
