What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Specialist position at ClearBearing, Inc.?
If you are an experienced IT problem solver looking for a position that provides a growth path, ClearBearing is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to join our team. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills both over the phone and in-person technical support. The position will also provide the time and training to allow for team project work and systems management/engineering responsibilities.
Candidates with diverse experience will be considered. Windows Desktop/Mobile experience (Windows 10, 11, etc.), Windows server systems (2012, 2016, 2019, security, IIS, Exchange, etc). Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks (routing, firewall, NAT, VPN concepts) is crucial. Experience with Mac OSX and Linux systems is a plus.
We are strong believers in best-practices centered design and management and are seeking like-minded professionals. A strong emphasis will be placed on people skills, a passion for learning/IT problem solving, excellent organizational skills, work ethic, and teamwork.
