Job Coach - PAL
Hours: Full-Time
Monday -Thursday 7:45am - 4pm & Friday 7:45am - 2pm
Pay: $17.50/hr, PAID Training
Sign-on Bonus: Full-Time staff receive total of $2,250 and Part-Time staff receive total of $875 in bonuses the first year of employment with us!

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing programming that promotes client independence, adult living, self sufficiency, acquisition of functional skills according to level of ability and individual program plan.
- Provide hands-on assistance to clients with physical disabilities in the areas of feeding, toileting, etc.
- Transport clients to and from the day program in the morning and afternoon
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
