About the Position
Clearlab is seeking someone with experience in customer service and order processing.
Position Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regularly to push sales and support the sales team.
- Receive and process incoming orders by acknowledging, keying in, arranging shipments to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
- Forward shipping schedule and order details i.e., commercial invoice, packing list, order confirmation, to keep customers posted of order status and prompt payment by customers.
- File all information relating to orders to have a clear tracking system should queries arise in the future.
- Key all order information in ERP to ensure on-time in full (OTIF).
- Liaise with Planner on inventory schedule to provide order information to customers.
- Liaise with Warehouse on shipment details and packing list to confirm correct orders to be shipped to customers.
- Issuing monthly invoices and sending them to customers.
- Control on credit on-hold, closing and register of invoice, payment from customers.
- Attending customers’ inquiries, resolve customers’ complaints, and provide feedback to Quality Assurance Department to build a good rapport with customers and maximize customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV a strong preference.
- Proficient in MS Office software applications.
- Strong commercial awareness and business understanding
- Highly customer-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Strong sense of self-motivation
- Analytical and meticulous in figures work.
