Product Owner II

ClearObject is looking for a motivated technologist who has leadership, interpersonal, & technical skills. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for formulating business solutions and defining requirements for technical teams solving complex problems. Expect to be collaborating with other stakeholders to create the high-level designs and the detailed functional designs that will be used to develop products. Clearly articulating business requirements to both technical and non-technical resources is essential to this role. Breaking down requirements into pieces of work that bring the most business value to market is a key strength.

Core Role Responsibilities :

• Ownership of the relationship and communication for ClearObject clients
• Senior-level type business analysis work such as owning customer success as defined in statements of work (SOW)
• Be the single voice on releases to assure engineering deliverables are meeting the needs of the business
• Raise risks / impediments to program team through an understanding of the business and technical landscape
• Collaborate with the business team to translate business requirements to technical requirements
• Implement / lead / manage all processes, practices, and tools that allow for multiple paths of delivery. i.e., create simplified, consistent, reusable, efficient, and flexible methodologies
• Recommend improvements and drive alignment across the development team
• Inspire others to adopt the new processes and improvements
• Work with customer and technical teams to collect and understand business information requirements covering cost, utilization, and quality
• Participate actively in the user interface design and technical design of applications and software infrastructure
• Analyzing and translating business and user requirements into high-level designs and functional specifications which could include the design of new or changed processing, data requirements, reporting requirements, ad-hoc analysis requirements for analytics applications
• Identifying and sometimes creating alternative solutions to solve business needs and articulating the pros and cons of the various approaches
• Articulating design discussions with Software Engineers and QA Analysts
• Participate in acceptance testing and provide feedback
• Experience creating and writing customer technical deliverable documentation

Salary : $75,000 - $115,000
