As a Marketing Business Analyst, we are looking for a straightforward, action-oriented professional to drive efficiency and strategic initiatives in our tech-focused company. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, your job is to make sense of our marketing data, improve our operations and assist with special projects.

- Data Management and Reporting: Manage data analytics processes. Your role involves transforming datasets into meaningful and understandable visualizations and reports and keeping our marketing dashboards updated with crucial metrics and trend data.
- Operational Efficiency: Perform thorough assessments of marketing operations and systems, driving strategic improvements that increase cost efficiency, accuracy, and user experience within the company.
- Transformation Projects: Oversee transformation projects. Enhance our marketing service delivery and keep our marketing practices aligned with the changing needs of our company and business requirements.
- Industry Research & Benchmarking: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics, operational efficiency, contributing to our culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Special Projects: Take charge of unique projects assigned by the CMO. Responsibilities include meeting deadlines, staying on budget, and aligning with the company's overall goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Analyst or similar role in ideally leading projects.
- Basic coding skills, preferably in DAX and Power Query.
- Exceptionally skilled in Excel, capable of utilizing advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in managing transformation projects and performance management processes.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- A master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
