BlueWave Express Car Wash is hiring strong team-oriented and customer service skilled individuals to ensure that each of our customers have a great experience! We are currently looking for Full-time and Part-time Guest Service Associate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide cars in to wash tunnel.
- Keep all areas clean by picking up and dispose of trash.
- Ability to sell our products and service.
- Assist and direct customers when needed.
- Handle other tasks assigned by manager.
** Employees will not be washing cars – cars will be washed in the wash tunnel by machine. Employees will not be vacuuming inside the car – vacuum stations will be available for customers to use.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Store manager/assistant manager experience is a plus
- Must be able to stand for majority of the shift
- Must be able to work outdoors for majority of shift
Applicant must enjoy helping others, energetic, work well in a team environment, be able to work weekends, and be a self-starter!
Required education: High school or equivalent
Required language: English is required and Spanish is a plus.
