Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly professional who is ready to take initiative and offer exceptional customer service. Our CSRs are the heartbeat of our CFV family, the first face to greet and serve our clients and patients, triaging phone calls / emails / text messages and scheduling appointments, ensuring seamless communication between clients and all team members. We abide by a culture of teamwork and family; unfortunately one of our awesome CSRs is moving to Georgia in July, so while we can't possibly replace her, we're hoping to find another invaluable member for our team.
Skills Required:
Infectious personality, innate ability to take initiative, healthy curiosity to always improve, unselfish team member, good communication and people skills, preferably with experience in customer service and the veterinary field.
