Patient Service Specialist (PSS)
We are seeking a Patient Services Specialist for our Outpatient Therapy Clinic.
Responsibilities
- General reception duties,
- Scheduling,
- Data entry,
- Insurance verification,
- Assisting therapists in the gym.
- Collecting copays
Hours will depend on the needs & hours of the clinic.
Qualifications
- Good communication and telephone skills;
- The ability to use all necessary office equipment, faxes, copiers, etc;
- The ability to interact well with other staff members, customers, field associates and businesses;
- High School Diploma or GED.
