This is a new manufacturing location within our company and we seek a hands-on individual to join our team as we begin production.

Work Hours:
Mon - Fri 7:00am-4:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to move required stock throughout the plant as needed to maintain production.
- Will load and unload trucks as necessary via forklift, hand jack, etc.
- Participates in setting up the pail line as required.
- Complete all preventative maintenance requirements daily, weekly, and monthly for all equipment.
- Ensure all proper housekeeping is completed for specific workstation and surrounding area of the shipping department.
- Ensure all safety requirements are maintained for the equipment and in the surrounding area.
- Maintain all required tools for successful performance of job duties.
- Understand and complete the quality procedures and verifications for this position.
- Responsible for correct labeling and accurate counts of material.
- Works with all other plant personnel to ensure efficient operation of the plant.
- Responsible for setting up the following days production.
- Assist Plant General Manager and Pail Line Manager with any other duties or responsibilities as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of forklift experience minimum
- 5 years of forklift experience in Manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to read & comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to work well as a team
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment

At our Streetsboro facility, we have a metal stamping plant to provide component parts for our pails. At our Youngstown facility, we manufacture 1-gallon cans.
