Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and maintenance of effective marketing programs to grow awareness, create customer loyalty and increase market share
- Help to identify, incorporate and analyze marketing opportunities across all channels
- Work closely with all departments to create and provide necessary collateral and communications tools for successful day-to-day operations
- Source and manage the production of branded print and digital needs as well as gift/collateral items
- Work closely with ad agency to monitor website content and assist with the production of advertising
- Assists with reputation management
- Assists with planning and promotion of proprietary resort event programs and external partnerships
- Serves as a ‘keeper of the brand’ to ensure a consistent Cliff House Maine message, look and experience
Qualifications
- Three years’ experience in marketing branding (Hospitality preferred)
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business use
- Knowledge of graphics (adobe suite), wordpress (or similar) CRM and analytics tools preferred
- Excellent informational and creative writing skills
- Highly organized and task oriented
- Team oriented
