Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain Heating and Air Conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot and consult with customers for the best solution.
- Collaborate as a team to provide a world class customer experience.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry.
- NATE Certifications a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with industry tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Valid drivers license and ability to be insured on company insurance.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work to in many different locations and weather conditions.
- $20.00-$48.00 hourly D.O.E, Benefits, and Relocation Assistance.
