Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor production team members, ensuring they meet quality and productivity standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Identify and resolve production issues, such as equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to optimize production processes and product quality.
- Maintain production records and reports, including production output, downtime, and quality control data.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall production performance.
- Lead by example, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture among team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
