Climate First Bank is a Florida Benefit Corporation, state chartered, FDIC insured commercial bank. We are the first commercial bank with a mission of reducing atmospheric CO2. Climate First Bank is the third bank started and scaled by serial bank entrepreneur, Ken LaRoe. Having started and sold Florida Choice Bank and First Green Bank, Mr. LaRoe has launched Climate First Bank as a built to last, values based, financial institution. Our first branch opened for business on June 1, 2021, in St. Petersburg, Florida and we have since expanded into the Central Florida market.
We are searching for a Digital Banker to support our Sr. Digital Banking Relationship Manager and our Digital Branch. As the Digital Banker, you will be responsible for promoting the Bank's consumer lending, deposit gathering and non-interest income initiatives for the Digital Branch. You will also be a true voice for our clients and be at the forefront of delivering a superior client experience.
The Digital Banker position will primarily be remote with occasional presence in our Central Florida branches.

Job Responsibilities
* Relationship Building: build connections; initiate and renew loans; acquire deposits; establish a whole well-rounded relationship with customers.
* Sales Campaigns/ Promotions/ Technology Rollout: Participate and assist management with sales campaigns; assist with new digital banking technology roll out, internal training, support, and adoption.
* Client Support: Interacts with clients daily; onboards and supports clients with superior product knowledge and exceptional client service with primary focus on increasing the Bank's deposit and consumer lending base.
* Internal/ External Collaboration: Partners with internal resources to ensure adherence to and promotion of our commitment to ESG practices and continued carbon neutrality; works closely with internal business partners to expand products and services per customer to deepen customer relationships and increase customer retention.
* Data management and reporting: Conduct user survey and collaborate with designers and engineers to identify efficient/scalable customer-centric solutions that drive user satisfaction, conversion rates, and automation; track the results of all campaigns and report insights to stakeholders; assist with documentation and capturing of project approvals.

* Candidates must ensure compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties.
* Candidates demonstrate an understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations and possess the ability to remain vigilant regarding online threats, phishing and other cyber-security risks, as well as fraud.
* Candidates embrace the vision of an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economic system. They possess the initiative to obtain education related to ESG and sustainability practices.
Physical Demands:
* Sustained standing and sitting;
* Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor;
* Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
