What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Coordinator position at Climate Pros?
Job Summary: Under general supervision of designated supervisor, coordinate all warehouse operations, including such areas as receiving, warehousing, shipping, material distribution, pickup, unloading of inventory and delivery services, inventory and reports.Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, issuing, and delivering parts/inventory required to support the Service Technicians. Responsible for the accuracy of the warehouse inventory quantities and the proper labeling and storage of parts and materials located in the warehouse. Responsible for proper processing and documentation of all inventory through in house tracking system. Receiving and inspecting of parts and processing documentation through in house system.
Process vendor returns Maintain and organize warehouse inventory. Maintain inventory of all service trucks. Fill service dispatch parts orders for technician?s daily schedule. Pick up and deliver of parts to technicians on-site.
Assist technicians on site with installation and service when needed. Organize and clean warehouse, and vehicles. Maintain safety regulations and awareness in moving materials and handling hazardous materials. Assist HR with proper on-boarding of new hires, including paperwork, training and equipment.
Advocates, facilitates and monitors service request information from customers through the dispatch process, using given information to forecast workload 2-3 days in advance, all the while maintaining changes in service calls for technicians. Works collaboratively with the Service Technicians and Account Managers to coordinate all phases of service operations to ensure completed service and customer satisfaction. Performs other leadership duties as assigned by the Service Manager, Account Manager, General Manager or Vice President of Service. Independently determine and decide whether any parts need to be purchased, what parts need to be purchased, what vendors to purchase such parts from, and when to order such parts, including negotiation of prices and approving and facilitating payment for such parts Ensure proper coverage of ?on-call?
weekends for service coordinators and service technicians. Assist with customer follow up on recommended work for accounts. Facilitate and manage preventative maintenance for accounts, while independently prioritizing open and back logged work orders. Coordinate delivery of parts and equipment by company drivers to customer sites.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned Basic Qualifications: Must be 21 or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong basic math skills Detailed and accurate data entry Strong organizational skills Good problem solving skills Education/Experience: High School Diploma/ GED 1 Warehouse receiving experience Computer knowledge must include: MS Office- Word, Excel and Outlook Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand; walk; climb; carry; bend; kneel; reach; push; pull and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds; noise level is medium/low.
