Clinch Valley Health seeks a Quality/Risk Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Operations Clinical Leadership Teams, quality staff, and healthcare delivery teams, this individual will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating healthcare quality and safety programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Operations Clinical Leadership Teams, quality staff, and healthcare delivery teams to implement, monitor, and evaluate healthcare quality and safety programs.
- Create and implement policies, systems, and processes to improve patient care and safety.
- Serve as a resource for clinical leadership and staff on risk and quality-related issues and information.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in quality/risk management. A strong background in organizational, analytical, and objective problem-solving skills is essential. The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining ownership and accountability of goals is also required.
Salary : $112,008 - $142,006
