As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Women's Health team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, delegating, and coordinating the nursing care for assigned patients throughout the scheduled shift, in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.
You will identify both actual and potential needs/problems through nursing assessment, facilitating an organized and prioritized plan of care. Your duties will also include supervising and making patient care assignments, as well as documenting assessment, plan of care, interventions, and educational needs of each patient.
