The Clinical Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring 24/7 accountability for patient care delivery. This role involves managing the planning and evaluation of services and actively participating in and supporting the strategic development and outcomes management of nursing clinical areas.
Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, with a preference for those possessing a relevant master’s degree in nursing, Business, or Health Administration. A minimum of three years of clinical nursing or leadership experience at the unit level in a comparable healthcare setting is required. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan is also essential.
