Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is looking for ambitious, impactful, goal-oriented professionals to join our Pharmacy Technician Team in Kansas!

Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is a mail order closed-door pharmacy in Tennessee that opened in 2004 and ships out 35,000 prescriptions a day to over 400 correctional facilities in 26 states.

Our Kansas mail order closed-door pharmacy location opened in fall 2023 and ships out 13,000 prescriptions a day. The Kansas pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.

Pay: $19/Hourly

Position: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in Unit Dose.

Location: 4615 N Cypress Street, Wichita, Kansas 67226.

Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• Pharmacy Technician license in Kansas.
• Intermediate typing and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1 years experience as a certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be flexible.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills and is detail oriented.
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information.
• Ability to maintain composure on the phone when handling calls from customers or vendors.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
• Possess the ability and initiative to plan for and complete daily activities with minimal direction.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal and drug screening process.

Duties include:

• Fill unit dose prescription medications.
• Continuously run the Unit Dose Packager machine.
• Review all unit-dose packaging for accuracy and errors.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all fulfillment tasks.
• Log all daily model site packages/shipments in the shipment log.
• Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by Pharmacist in Charge.
• Keep workstation area organized and ensure the area is free from safety hazards.

Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees and vendors.

• Able to reach, carry, finger, grasp and feel objects related to duties.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• The employee is required to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
