What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Managing Specialist, Greenfield position at Clinical & Support Options?
CSO is looking for an IT Managing Specialist to join our IT team in Greenfield.
This position is responsible for supporting company's personnel by maintaining our information systems., perform proper maintenance of all electronic equipment (including computers, laptops, tablets, phones, copiers, etc.) and will maintain servers, email, phones, and hardware/software. Additionally, this position will provide technical support to staff calling to ask questions. Travel to other sites on a regular basis to check on maintenance of equipment is required.
Qualifications
Degree in a computer/MIS field is preferred. Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation required. Demonstrated computer and Information Technology skills required. Must work well independently, as well as, in a team. Good customer service skills. Lifting of computer equipment required, up to 50 pounds
