Proctor
Responsibilities:
The Proctor position is responsible for providing secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a
comfortable, friendly environment. Proctors will be required to:
Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to institutional policies and instructor requirements
Check-in students, verify identification, and explain the exam process
Proctor/invigilate students while testing
Collate completed testing materials or make sure electronic tests are submitted
Check-out students upon completion of testing
Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues as needed
Sanitize keyboards and workspace after each candidate has finished their examination
Related clerical duties as assigned
Schedule Requirements: Proctoring will be required throughout the semester (August 29-December 16) Monday
through Friday - between the hours of 8 AM and 1PM**
This is strictly a part-time position. Multiple candidates are being sought to allow scheduling flexibility with work
hours not to exceed 20 hours per week.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Customer service experience is preferred
Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred
Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong reading and oral communication skills are highly preferred
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and escort candidates to and from testing room
