Description
The Baker is responsible for the operation and the success of the QSR. They ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Responsible for inventory control systems – may establish inventory schedules. Responsible for local marketing initiatives. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
Qualifications
Education: Some high school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: Some previous restaurant experience required. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
