What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Head Start Lead Caregiver position at CLM Community Action?
Seeking an individual that will provide a well-managed learning environment which is nurturing, consistent, fun and supports the establishment of close relationships with infants and toddlers in care and their parents.
Candidate must have at minimum, an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with Infants and Toddlers. Lesson Plans surrounding the High Scope curriculum, Child Care Licensing rules, and Head Start Performance Standards must be adhered to.
