What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Company Post Closer position at Closeline Settlements?
Closeline Settlements is a real estate title insurance and escrow provider with its headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. We are the largest in the DC Area! Be part of a winning team! Our company is focused on being a technological leader in the industry. We are looking to fill a position in our Post Closing Department.
- Review closing documents after settlement for accuracy.
- Work as a team member with our team of six.
- Review and submit documents for recording.
- Effectively communicate with lenders and other parties regarding status of post closing documents.
- Provide excellent customer service in assisting clients and co-workers.
- Process and resolve post closing lien able items.
- Assist other departments by creating processes that enhance company performance.
Education and Experience
- Previous experience in the title industry preferred.
- 1-2 years of prior post-closing experience preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong time management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
