Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with measuring, assembling, and installing custom closet and storage products
- Transport materials and tools to installation sites in a safe and timely manner
- Help ensure job sites are kept clean and organized throughout the installation process
- Follow company safety protocols and workmanship standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members during installations
- Support the team with other tasks as needed to ensure successful project completion
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work on ladders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites in Louisville, KY
- Previous experience in construction, installation, or related fields a plus but not required
- Competitive hourly wage of $12.00 - $15.00, paid bi-weekly
