- Purchasing & Procurement
- Place and manage purchase orders for materials including hardware, accessories, and installation supplies
- Ensure materials are ordered accurately and delivered on time to support production and installation schedules
- Track open purchase orders, backorders, and lead times; proactively resolve supply issues
- Vendor Management & Sourcing
- Maintain relationships with approved vendors and suppliers
- Source new vendors and products as needed to improve cost, quality, or availability
- Request and evaluate pricing, lead times, and terms; support cost-reduction initiatives
- Inventory & Coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and usage trends to avoid shortages or excess stock
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing, design, and installation teams to anticipate material needs
- Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation, and reporting
- Some experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain coordination recommended, though not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and purchasing or inventory systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
