What are the responsibilities and job description for the Principal IT Software Engineer position at Cloud Software Group, Inc.?
*Participate with IT leaders in early stages of multiple initiatives; analyze requirements, and write design specifications for a variety of complex projects; contributes to product technical direction, strategy.
* Will serve as a consultant to teams for various research, design, and development activities bringing technical expertise in Oracle CX/CRM cloud applications.
* Actively supports and enforces and recommends enhancements to the SDLC standards and processes
* Provides principal technical guidance and leadership across multiple projects including implementation strategy, architecture evolution and quality; leads others in prioritizing and resolving issues and improving productivity and velocity to improve future results; mentors experienced staff members
* Demonstrated ability to work on large diverse projects simultaneously, requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, time management, and sound judgment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team while operating effectively in a collaborative environment
* 12 years relevant experience is required
