Job Title –Registered Nurse
Contract - 7Weeks
Guaranteed Hours - 36hr/week
Pay rate - $43/hr. to $45/hr.
Shift - 7am-7:30pm
Experience - 1yr
Location - Pembroke, NC

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Duties

• Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide care for patients in various settings, including pediatrics and acute care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and pain management strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately in medical records.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Familiarity with aliment care practices and procedures.
• Previous experience in pediatrics or acute care settings is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing.
