For this role, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team, with a specific focus on working with corporate customers to ideate and define generative AI use cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with development teams, coupled with a passion for emerging technologies, particularly in the AI domain. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable requirements for AI implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with corporate clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and opportunities where generative AI can provide value.
• Work closely with technical teams to design Azure-based software solutions and feature enhancements that meet business needs and align with best practices.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for AI implementation projects, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes and the scope of the project.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, user behavior, and market trends to inform product development and strategy.
• Gather and analyze data from various sources, including user feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI value creation. Document findings and create detailed project specifications.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including use case descriptions, functional requirements, process flows, and data requirements, to guide successful AI project implementation.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with AI implementation and propose mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming, and / or user testing sessions with clients to gather feedback and ideate on potential generative AI use cases that align with their strategic goals.
• Serve as a liaison between sales, project management, and technical teams. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in generative AI technologies and identify opportunities for new use cases and applications.
• Other duties, as assigned.
