Data Center Support Technician (Entry-Level)
Dallas, TX, All 5 days a week
Employment Type: Contract/full time
Key Responsibilities:
Rack and stack servers, routers, switches, and other hardware
Cable management – plugging/unplugging network or power cables
Hardware replacement – including hard drives, memory, and power supplies
Visual inspection of hardware for LED indicators or error messages
Rebooting servers or networking devices as per client instructions
Escorting vendors/personnel in secure data center areas
Inventory management of data center hardware and components
Remote troubleshooting support in collaboration with offsite teams
