Detailed Description of Services:
- Assist in setting up backup and recovery processes for all production systems.
- Configure storage arrays.
- Setting up backup and recovery processes while ensuring data integrity.
- Troubleshooting NAS & SAN storage solutions and backup issues.
- Monitor storage and backup performance, resource utilization, and system logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Perform general system administration duties for backup systems and storage
- Work as a technical resource on assigned projects with testing and response
