We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Lead to join our team. The Clinic Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, managing staff, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including managing staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently
• Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure that the clinic is in compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Monitor and manage the clinic's budget and expenses
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
• Experience in a healthcare management role, in podiatry office
• Familiar with ECW (eClinicalWorks), required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Ability to manage and train staff effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
