What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Surveillance Lead position at Club One Casino, Inc.?
Job Summary:
· Responsible for assisting the General Manager with Club One Casino security, surveillance and emergency preparedness policy and procedures including regular updates and ongoing compliance with state minimum internal control standards (MICS).
· Assist the General Manager in managing security and surveillance staff to maintain guest and employee safety throughout Club One Casino’s facility, parking areas and surroundings.
· Work with casino staff and surveillance staff to maintain game integrity and adherence to Club One Casino policy.
· Oversee third party event staff, as necessary.
· Supervise and maintain timely documentation of various security related incidents.
· Continuous monitoring of the Incident Report App which includes Exclusions/Restrictions, Guest Concerns, Guest Deny Entry, Minors, etc.
· Maintain onsite security and surveillance equipment including internal and external cameras, DVRs, radios, etc.
· Maintain a working knowledge of the City of Fresno Card Room Ordinance and State of California gaming regulations.
· Respond promptly to management of staff requests for security and surveillance issues.
· Complete continuing education and training as directed by management and the General Manager.
· Any and all other reasonable duties that may be assigned in the future.
Essential Job Skills:
· Ability to read, write and converse fluently in English.
· Ability to communicate with all levels of Club One Casino’s guests and employees.
· Be familiar with the overall Club One Casino facility, operations and computer programs.
· Ability to spend entire shift standing, if necessary.
· Knowledge of surveillance system, cameras, and related equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
· Must be 21 years of age.
· Card Room work permit.
· Valid California Driver’s license.
· 3-5 years experience with casino security and/or general security issues.
- Must possess State of California Security Guard Registration or Proprietary Security Officer Registration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
