What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pilates Instructor position at Club Pilates?
Teach contemporary Pilates classes in a fun & upbeat environment with state of the art equipment! No sales required - Club Pilates fills the classes for you! We are now filling morning, evening, and weekend shifts at our busy Savage location. Earn competitive pay teaching as few as 3 classes/week, or make this your full-time career, earning health & PTO benefits working as little as 25 hours per week! You can also teach additional classes by tapping into class shifts, private training, and subbing opportunities at any of our other 6 metro locations!
Club Pilates instructors teach full body Pilates reformer classes in a fun state-of-art facility. We utilize Balance Body reformers, spring boards, EXO chairs, and complementary equipment. Instructors may also choose to teach private classes in our fully equipped private training rooms.
Salary: $30.00 to $52.00 /hour Class Rate including Attendance Bonuses
Additional compensation from Private Training and sales commission, if desired.
Hourly rate for all non- teaching hours worked.
W2 Employee - not a contractor.
*Health & Dental Benefits through an HRA program. Must work a minimum of 25 hours per week to earn PTO and HRA benefits.
