We are seeking enthusiastic part-time sales associates to join our team in Savage. Shifts and substitution opportunities are also available at our other metro locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. POSITION: The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales and supporting current members with their studio needs. Pilates and or fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls.
- Follow up with studio inquiries and provide membership offers and introductory class bookings
- Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with the individual(s)
- Achieve personal sales goals
- Help to maintain a neat and orderly studio
- Participate in special events as needed to promote the club
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, text, and via email.
- Must be comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people
- Engaging sales and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Punctual, reliable and professional
- Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone
- Reliable means of transportation to studio and occasional offsite events
