```Overview``` We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while creating memorable experiences in a fun and safe environment. ```Responsibilities``` - Supervise and engage with campers during daily activities and outings - Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities - Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times - Assist with meal times, including serving and clean-up - Provide guidance and support to campers in building social skills and positive relationships - Maintain a clean and organized camp environment ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: - Previous experience working with children in a daycare, school, or camp setting - First aid and CPR certification preferred - Experience working with students in a classroom or educational setting - Strong classroom management skills - Background or interest in theater, sports coaching, or Christian counseling is a plus - Knowledge of behavior management techniques - Understanding of childhood development principles If you are passionate about working with children, enjoy being outdoors, and want to make a difference in their lives, we encourage you to apply for the position of Camp Counselor.
