Job Summary :
We're seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our team. This critical role requires a problem solver with strong critical thinking skills who can interpret business needs and leverage Oracle HCM technology to meet those needs effectively. You'll play a key role in optimizing our HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and driving impactful changes that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.
Day-to-Day :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle HCM.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM modules to meet organizational goals, including employee self-service tools and workflows.
- Analyze and resolve system issues, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data accuracy.
- Create and deliver advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in HR technology projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Provide training and user support to ensure successful adoption of system updates.
- Maintain compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
About You :
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
