Job Description
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution
- Track schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with procurement, material tracking, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting
- Attend project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-ups
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of commercial construction projects
- Maintain and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Prepare, distribute, and manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, contracts)
- Coordinate communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Track subcontractor agreements, insurance certificates, and compliance documents
- Support procurement processes, including material tracking and vendor coordination
- Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and invoices; assist with pay applications
- Attend project meetings and site visits as required; document and follow up on action items
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover packages
