WE’RE HIRING!

CM KLING ASSOCIATES is looking for a full-time Architectural Lighting Designer to join our energetic, collaborative, and growing design team. A good candidate has graduated from an Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering program and has had a 1-3 years working experience in the field. More experienced candidates are encouraged to apply as well.

ABOUT YOU

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Support Studio Heads in preparing lighting design documentation and specification.

·        Drafting.

·        Develop fixture schedules.

·        Compile cut sheet packages.

·        Develop concept presentations.

·        Develop Revit families.

·        Run Photometric calculations.

REQUIREMENTS

·        Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Technology, Engineering, Theater, or related equivalent.

·        Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.

·        Proficient in InDesign and Photoshop.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office.

·        Proven verbal and written communication skills.

·        Must be able to work within the United States, and specifically at our Alexandria, VA office.
