What You’ll Do
- Set the paid social vision and roadmap; codify standards and playbooks that scale across brands and teams.
- Build executive-ready measurement frameworks (learning agendas, incrementality, MMM/MTA inputs).
- Advance first-party and privacy-preserving activation; improve audience quality and efficiency.
- Establish compliant operating norms aligned to FDA/OPDP and platform policies; ensure auditability.
- Lead test-and-learn initiatives (formats, creative, audience, signals) tied to KPI ladders and ROAS outcomes.
- Translate complex analytics into persuasive narratives; partner with creative and PR to refine messaging.
- Develop leaders and individual contributors; foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture; mentor “full-stack” social marketers.
- 10 years leading paid social at scale; regulated healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong data literacy (experimentation, audience modeling, incrementality; triangulation with MMM/MTA).
- Omnichannel mindset (understands how social amplifies and is amplified by search, programmatic, CRM, and content).
- Governance and compliance rigor (MLR, fair balance, brand safety, adverse event monitoring).
- Influential leadership; clear decision-making; executive presence; resilience under tight timelines.
- Exceptional storytelling; converts complex data into simple, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders.
