What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lube Technician position at Cmmg, Inc?
We are seeking a motivated Full Time Automotive Lube Technician to become an integral part of our off-road/performance team!
The ideal team member will have prior shop experience, their own tools, and be dependable. Team members will perform a wide range of services that include general maintenance and repairs.
Technician Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customers’ needs, working quickly and efficiently
- Master products, services, company knowledge and customer service.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance, such as changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers.
- Alignments
- Inspect and test vehicles for necessary adjustments
- Shop upkeep and OSHA compliance
- Assist other technicians in completing work, as needed
- Perform motor vehicle inspections, as needed
- Adhere to all attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping standards
Skills:
- You are friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused team.
- Eagerness to learn
- Can lift up to 50 pounds
- Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head
- Can stand for extended periods of time
