Our products include leading, high-quality branded and generic prescription, non-prescription, and skin care pharmaceutical products which we distribute to hospital, long term care, and retail channels.
SUMMARY: The Accounting Specialist / Administrative Assistant will assist both the Accounting and Human Resources teams. As the Accounting Specialist, you will assist with day to day accounting functions. As the Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and phone calls.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting Duties – Approximately 65% of the workload
- Apply cash receipts in QAD
- Check processing
- Request approval for invoices
- Voucher A/P Invoices
- File Invoices
- Other accounting tasks and ad hoc items as needed

Administrative Assistant Duties - Approximately 35% of the workload
- Answer phone calls and direct/transfer as needed
- Process phone and/or walk in orders for over the counter products
- Assist with mailing/faxing/scanning/copying as needed
- Assist with some HR functions (time and attendance tracking)
- Other HR tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1 year of AP and/or AR experience
- Attention to detail
- Maintains confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook

Salary : $33,400 - $42,300
