Supervisor: Maintenance Director
Department: Maintenance
Position Summary: General Construction
Job Relationships:
- Responsible To: General Manager
- Employees Supervised: None
- Inter-Relationships: Work closely with General Manager and Maintenance Manager to complete assigned construction tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Off-season: Participate as directed in general labor, light repair, and other construction assignments.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Certification: Requires a valid driver’s license.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is recommended.
- Other Requirements: Must possess good communication and teamwork skills.
Environmental Factors:
- Frequent lifting of items weighing 45 Lbs. or more
- Occasional lifting of items weighing 45-90 Lbs.
- Exposure to possible hazards associated with machinery and moving equipment
- Frequent walking on uneven and steep terrain.
- Sitting, Standing, Squatting for extended periods of time
- Working with ladders and scaffolding
