液化空气集团早在1916年就进入中国，70年代开始向中国提供空分设备，经过多年的稳步发展，目前在中国设有近120家工厂，遍布40多个城市，拥有约5000名员工。集团在华主要经营范围包括工业及医用气体的运营，家庭健康服务，工程与制造业务，以及全球市场与技术和上海创新园从事的创新业务。公司业务已覆盖中国主要的沿海工业区域，并继续向中部、南部和西部地区拓展。 液化空气通过创造卓越绩效和履行责任追求盈利性增长和长期可持续发展，并保持在中国的行业领先地位。依托于集团的长期战略与全球资源，公司聚焦能源、环境、高科技和健康等领域，以迎接挑战并创造新的市场机遇。凭借专业团队的全力支持，公司致力于为客户提供可信赖的服务与高附加值解决方案，同时履行企业社会责任。 Tresury & Corporate Finance Manager, GCH 您将如何贡献和成长？ Arrange external financing (banking loan) and capital injection for new investment Set up banking facility and ensure on time drawdown Prepare business plan of the Borrower – drawdown plan, repayment plan Lead RFP (Request for Proposal) with Group’s recommended banks – prepare information memorandum, review banking proposals, prepare quantified and qualified comparisons Coordinate for banking due diligence – submitting 3 years of financials of Borrower/Guarantor, answer questions, arrange site visits before and after loan drawdown Negotiate for key terms and conditions – interest rate, security, financial covenants Prepare supportings of loan drawdown – commercial contract invoice Arrange funding for loan repayment, or arrange refinancing Capital Injection: collaborate with business lines to forecast funding needs and capital injection plan on a new investment, ensure minimum equity and on time capital injection to support business operations Play a key role in recurring onshore bond issuance: Responsible for the bond financing, in charge notably of the communication with Group HQ, with Regulators, with Rating Agencies, with Underwriters, Legal and financial Advisors, with Potential Investors Prepare position paper, project schedule, and other internal documents Share his/her expertise in corporate bond/ Private Placement issuance in China CAPEX financing needs analysis and internal procedures Analysis of project cash flows, country risk, client risk before CAPEX validation Analysis of financing needs, financial cost, drawdown and repayment plan for Group’s validation of capital injection and financing solution Annual review of banking facilities Reporting of debt and cost of debt 您是合适的人选么？ Bachelor’s degree and major in Economics (not Accounting) related is preferred; Minimum 8 years of corporate finance/treasury experience and at least 5 years of financing experience is a must Experience with Chinese bank and onshore bond issuance is a must Overseas experience or regional coverage would be a plus Strong analytical skills, sense of outlooking instead of reviewing Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, maintaining a clear sense of priorities；Solution oriented.
