Job Summary:
The Warehouse/Driver Associate will be responsible for both, delivering goods to customers and assisting with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, inventory management, and maintaining a clean workspace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and values customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Delivery:

· Safely operate company trucks to transport goods to customers and job sites.

· Load and unload materials, ensuring secure and damage-free transportation.

· Verify delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures as required.

· Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

Warehouse Duties:

· Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.

· Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.

· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.

· Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.

· Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Bilingual Spanish Preferred

· Previous experience in driving, delivery, or warehouse operations preferred.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

· Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.

· Good time management and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

· Indoor workshop/on the road delivery.

· Exposure to dust, noise, and various chemicals used in fabrication.

· Protective gear (gloves, masks, eye protection, etc.) provided.

· Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.

· May require working weekends or overtime based on business need
