Job Description : At least 10 years of experience in IT industry with good exposure in Requirement Elicitation and Analysis - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Ability to work in team in diverse / multiple stakeholder environment and client interfacing skills. Good Agile knowledge and able to write stories. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams. Good experience in collaborating with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Have experience in Pl planning meeting and creating roadmap for Pl. Analyze any production issues and provide a solution for it. Holding regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding ongoing or upcoming projects. Oversee day-to-day project activities and help in removing any impediments. Candidates residing in Atlanta or willing to relocate to Atlanta will be preferred Overall Skills : A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making. The ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles. Strong experience when it comes to analytical thinking, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
