Our License Practical Nurses (LPN's )have the pleasure of working with the patient, from start to finish, and implementing our preventive care measures so you are actively involved in the health and wellbeing of our patients.

We are seeking full time License Practical Nurses (LPN's) to join our practice and the position is to include days, some evenings and occasional weekends. 10% shift differential pay for evening (5pm - 9pm) weekday and weekend hours worked.

Responsibilities include: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) obtain vitals, intake process, work with provider to assist with patient visit, administer injections, perform ECGs, telephone triage, phlebotomy, place orders and refill Prescriptions at the Providers request.

Job Requirements:

• Current Valid New York State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.


• Prior experience in busy medical office preferred, but not required


• Strong critical thinking skills


• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
