What are the responsibilities and job description for the SART Data Entry Specialist position at CNY Fertility Center?
CNY Fertility is seeking a dynamic individual to join our SART data analyst team! This entry-level position focuses on performing data entry across a range of patient-related topics.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepares initial data for SART & NASS on all patient and cycle information.
- Reports to SART & NASS online any patient cycles.
- Performs data entry via the SART & NASS website.
- Reports online as patient cycle progresses.
- Consults with nursing staff about test results for necessary documentation.
- Maintains excel file of cycle progression.
- Communicates with patients about pregnancy results and documents them to be reported to the offices, and SART & NASS.
- Finalizes all reports to SART & NASS after all births for previous year are completed.
- Assists the embryology laboratory with any additional tasks.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); customer service experience and/or training; or EMR experience.
Experience in a medical field / setting or equivalent combination of education preferred.
